Wiggles Trip

A couple of weeks ago we took the kids to Winnipeg to go see the WIGGLES!! Ben loves the Wiggles and it was worth every penny to see the look in his eyes when they came out on stage. Ben could sing the Toot Toot Chugga Chugga song when he was 1. We had such a good time watching the kids dance and having so much fun.

We stayed at the Hotel with a Dinosaur Swim Park. The kids love to swim. Emma is getting braver in the water but we are still working on getting her to put her face in. Ben just cruises around in the water by himself with his life jacket. I wouldn't be suprised if he learns to swim before Emma.

And of course a trip to Winnipeg wouldn't be a trip for me without shopping! Emma got a new summer wardrobe thanks to my friend Heather! Ben and Cecil got a matching outfit...can't wait to see that on....LOL! Come to think of it I didn't get anything for myself. I am going on a shopping trip in a couple of weeks with my girls club so I'll save it until then.

Snow Fun!

Well, I hope that is it for our Snow Fun....for this year anyway!! I am ready for Spring to come and I think it is finally here!! We had lots of snow this year and temperatures hit all time lows but we got through it. We are packing up the sleds and putting away the shovels today. It was the first year we couldn't have our annual Easter egg hunt outside. Maybe next year!! Happy Spring Everyone!!

I have recently noticed that some of my family and friends have their own Blog so I thought I would give it a try. We have friends and family that live far away so this will be a good way to share with them what is going on with us.

It is hard to believe it is April already. The next couple of months are going to be crazy for us with Emma starting baseball 2 nights a week, swimming, and her dance. Ben is in swimming and had his first swim class last night.....he loved it!! Cecil and I have just finished our curling season and start our softball league at the end of the month.
